Terms & Conditions and Rules of Booking Corbridge Dog Field
Before you book a private or social session at one of our fields, we require you to read and tick to say you agree with and will abide by our Terms & Conditions. Aydon & Thornbrough Limited is the Owner of Corbridge Dog Field.
We will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owner’s risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
Please be aware that if you or your dog(s) may sustain accidental injuries while on our premises you must agree to cover any personal or veterinary fees pertaining to yourself or your dog(s). Thornbrough & Aydon Limited will NOT accept any responsibility for the death, injury or illness of any person(s) or dog(s) whilst using our facility. You are strongly advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
Dog’s Health & Handling
All dogs using either of our fields must be fully up-to-date with their flu inoculations.
Although our field is fully enclosed and fenced, we will not be held responsible for your dog escaping from any of our fields. During Field Hire the client is to be held responsible for their dog at all times.
Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.
Please make sure your dog’s vaccinations and wormers are up to date. If your dog, or any it lives with, is showing ill health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general lethargy etc) you must cancel the session.
Do not enter the field until the previous customer has securely exited the field with their dog.
Ethics
Each booking slot is for 1 hour only, you must have exited the field and parking area within this time so it is vacant for the next person’s booking – on the hour.
Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot and be discouraged from re-booking.
Any owners who cannot get their dogs back at the end of their session must notify Toby on 0787081356. Any additional sessions due to overrunning the time slot, must be paid for.
If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended.
Please be courteous to other field users when entering or exiting the field. Bad manners will not be tolerated.
Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner. Please notify of us any damage to equipment or fencing. Failing to do this could result in a ban.
It is your responsibility to clean up after you dog. Please place poo bags in the bin provided. ONLY poo bags in the bin, please take all other rubbish with you.
Do not exceed the number of dogs booked for.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the gate is closed whilst in the field.
No litter is to be left in the field as this presents a risk to users and their dogs.
No organised group bookings without prior consultation and agreement with the field owners. Contact Toby on 07870813256 or info@corbridgedogfield.com.
Do not book for more than 2 consecutive hours without our agreement.
Payment, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Payment for field hire is made prior to arrival.
Appointments may be rescheduled via a link in your booking email up to 12 hours prior to your booking. Once you have booked you cannot cancel but may reschedule, however exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstance, please contact Toby at info@corbridgedogfield.com.
Rescheduling – no refunds will be made on cancelling a booking however if you do cancel an alternative date can be made.
The Field
This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the client / hirer accepts that the Corbridge Dog Field maintains control and possession of the field at all times.
We inspect the field and fencing regularly to maintain security but please notify a member of the Team if you have any concerns. CCTV is in operation.
Any equipment and enrichment supplied within the field is for use by dogs only and is used at your own risk.
Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), ground conditions, fence height, proximity to farm animals etc.
During poorer weather the field may be muddy and waterproof boots are advised.
Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times, but please prevent them from shouting or screaming – again to respect neighbours.
No cars beyond the car park at any point. CCTV in operation.
BBQ’s & Fires ARE NOT permitted on site under any circumstance.
Poo – you must pick up your dogs poo. There is a bin for poo bags on site. Only dog poo to go in the bin.
Escape -The site is fully deer fenced up to 6 foot. However, if you dog is a tunneller or high jumper, we cannot guarantee that they will not escape. Please discourage your dogs from digging.
Gate Code
You will be sent your gate code via email upon confirmation of your booking. If this does not arrive contact us.
General
We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Aydon & Thornbrough Limited (Owner of Corbridge Dog Field)
